Job summary

Sire Search is assisting a large international consumer goods company in Rotterdam to hire a Customer Operations Specialist for Benelux. The role combines hands-on order management with data-driven analysis to improve service levels and resolve issues quickly.

You will coordinate between customers and internal teams such as logistics and planning, manage orders end-to-end, monitor deliveries, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Hybrid work model with fixed office days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in customer operations or order management
• Fluent Dutch and English are mandatory
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is a plus
• Data-driven approach to KPIs and problem solving

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from receipt through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
• Monitor deliveries and follow up on delays, shortages, or order issues
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., logistics, supply planning, and other operational teams) to resolve problems end-to-end
• Act as a key point of contact for customers on operational topics related to orders, service, and logistics
• Analyse operational data and order performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with small operational projects where needed
• Maintain clear documentation and ensure issues are tracked through to resolution
