Job summary

Topcon Europe Positioning B.V. in Zoetermeer, The Netherlands, is looking for an Order Processor to manage the full order processing cycle for international customers from intake through delivery.

You will ensure accurate entry, pricing checks, and coordination with internal teams to keep customers informed about order status, shipments, and product availability. Proficiency in SAP ERP, plus strong English and Dutch communication skills, is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in order processing or similar roles.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders from intake to delivery for international customers.
• Coordinate order status, shipments, pricing, and backorders with internal departments.
• Maintain accurate order data in SAP and ensure timely communication with customers.
