Job summary

Topcon Europe Positioning B.V. in Zoetermeer, The Netherlands, is seeking an Order Processor to manage the complete order processing cycle for international customers.

The role involves accurate order entry, pricing verification, and coordination with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. You will communicate order status, shipment schedules, and product availability, while maintaining organized records and a proactive customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing or similar administrative role.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Excellent English and Dutch communication.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in the same or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders from intake through delivery for international customers.
• Review orders for pricing accuracy, quantities, product availability, and completeness.
• Enter and maintain order information in SAP ERP system.
• Coordinate order status, shipment dates, pricing, and backorders with internal departments.
• Maintain customer files and related documentation; ensure timely processing.
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone regarding order status and availability.
