You will manage the complete order processing cycle for international customers, from intake to delivery, ensuring accurate data in SAP and timely communication on status, shipment dates, and backorders. The role emphasizes cross‑department coordination with Logistics, Sales and Purchasing to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum MBO level (4) education or equivalent; additional administrative or logistics training is a plus.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in order processing or similar role.
• Experience in order processing, customer service, or administrative roles; ERP/SAP familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders from intake through delivery for international customers.
• Verify pricing, quantities, and product availability; enter data in SAP ERP.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Sales and Purchasing to ensure on-time delivery and accurate order status.
