Job summary

Delta Energy Systems, part of Delta Group, seeks a dedicated Sales Support professional to manage order processing and logistics inquiries in an international setting. You will register and validate orders, maintain records, and provide timely updates to customers throughout the order fulfilment lifecycle.

The role requires SAP experience, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset to ensure smooth operations and high satisfaction across regions.

Qualifications

• MBO education or equivalent.
• 3–5 years experience in Sales Support or Order Management in an international environment.
• Experience in ICT, Electronics, or Technology industry is preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding order processing and logistics inquiries.
• Receive customer orders via email, phone, or other channels.
• Register, validate, and process customer orders in SAP.
• Handle customer calls and inquiries with clear records and follow-up actions.
• Provide sales and operational support to customers and internal stakeholders during order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
