Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Min. 2 years SAP experience in a supply chain management, customer support, or related role within a dynamic international environment.
• Excellent English communication; German, French, or Polish are a plus.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple stakeholders while delivering results.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI, SQL, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Maintain master data, including pricing and customer information, in internal systems (e.g., SAP/SPS).
• Process and manage customer orders, delivery dates, and outbound schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding product availability, pricing, delivery schedules.
• Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring smooth order handling, shipment, and invoicing. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and ongoing support.
• Track and analyze order trends, forecast accuracy, and customer demand to support planning and decision-making.
• Issue invoice and proforma invoice. Review AR/ follow up overdue invoice and process logistic-related invoice.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and remote colleagues to ensure aligned and efficient operations.
• Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to resolve incomplete, inaccurate, or missing information.
• Support the Sales team with customer documents, CRM updates, sales reporting, sample coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and professional customer engagement.
