Job summary

Delta Electronics EMEA is seeking a proactive Costumer Support specialist to strengthen our order processing and customer service across Europe. You will work with SAP, coordinate delivery dates, and support the Sales team to ensure accurate data and timely responses to inquiries.

In this role you will handle order entries, invoicing, and customer master data, while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams in a multilingual, cross‑cultural environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Knowledge of another European language preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Order Processor / Customer Sales Support.
• Experience in an Industrial Market Segment is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check and process customer orders to SAP, check/confirm delivery date.
• Follow-up with customers or internal departments on missing or incorrect data.
• Monitor customer order backlog and proactively initiate expedites to meet delivery dates.
• Manage customer forecast and coordinate actions with supply chain, sales and customers.
• Create shipment in SAP and coordinate with warehouse for shipment issues; prepare shipping documents.
• Coordinate special shipping arrangements with warehouse/transportation and SCM team.
• Issue invoices and proforma invoices; review AR and follow up overdue invoices.
• Sales support: handle inquiries, update customer data and price data in SAP.
• Respond to inbound/outbound call inquiries professionally and timely.
• Initiate outbound calls to follow up with previous contacts.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction.
