Job summary

Delta Group is seeking an Order Fulfillment professional to act as the main liaison for customers on orders, delivery status, and logistics. You will process orders in SAP, track progress from entry to delivery, and coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

The role requires 1–3 years in order fulfillment or logistics within international settings, strong English skills, and a hands-on approach with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in order fulfillment or logistics within an international business environment.
• Experience in ICT, Electronics, Technology, or related industries is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Fluent in English, additional language such as Chinese advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customers regarding order management, delivery status, and logistics-related inquiries.
• Receive, validate, and process customer orders in SAP, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and company policies.
• Monitor order progress from order entry through delivery, communicating updates and resolving issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Provide operational and sales support to customers and internal stakeholders throughout the order fulfillment process.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, RMA, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely order execution and effective issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer master data, order records, and related documentation within the ERP system.
• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-up actions, ensuring prompt communication and timely closure.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with warehouses to ensure timely and accurate order deliveries.
• Monitor delivery performance, shipment exceptions, transportation status, and POD discrepancies, implementing corrective actions as required.
• Investigate and support resolution of shipment damage, delivery issues, and customer claims with warehouse teams.
• Track order backlog and delivery performance to support operational efficiency and service level targets.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing and optimizing order fulfillment, logistics, and customer service processes.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, shipping procedures, import/export regulations, and internal operational policies.
