Job summary

Delta Group's EMEA operation in Hoofddorp is seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate to act as the main contact for orders, delivery status, and logistics inquiries. You will validate orders in SAP, track progress from entry to delivery, and coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and other teams to ensure accurate and timely execution.

The role requires 1-3 years in order fulfillment or related logistics, strong English communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Intermediate Vocational Education (MBO) level or equivalent qualification.
• 1-3 years of experience in Order Fulfillment, Order Management, Customer Service, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations in an international business.
• Experience in ICT/ Electronics/ Technology industries is preferred.
• Hands-on ERP experience, preferably SAP, including order entry, processing, and customer data maintenance.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken; Chinese or another language is a plus.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently within cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order management, delivery status, and logistics inquiries.
• Receive, validate, and process customer orders accurately in SAP, ensuring compliance with requirements and policies.
• Monitor order progress from entry to delivery, communicating updates and resolving issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Provide operational and sales support to customers and internal stakeholders during order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, RMA, and cross-functional teams for timely order execution and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer master data, order records, and related documentation in the ERP system.
• Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-up actions with prompt communication and closure.
• Coordinate outbound shipments with warehouses for timely and accurate deliveries.
• Monitor delivery performance, shipment exceptions, and POD discrepancies; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Investigate and support resolution of shipment damage or delivery issues in collaboration with warehouse and stakeholders.
• Track order backlog and delivery performance to support efficiency and service targets.
• Support continuous improvement of order fulfillment, logistics, and customer service processes.
