Delta Electronics seeks a Senior Sales Coordinator to manage customer orders, master data, and SAP transactions in a dynamic international setup. You will coordinate between Sales, Logistics, Finance, and other teams to ensure accurate pricing, timely order fulfillment, and proactive customer support.

The role requires 2+ years in SAP within SCM or customer support, strong English communication, and the ability to handle multiple stakeholders while maintaining data integrity and timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with SAP in a supply chain management, customer support, or related role in a dynamic international environment.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and proactively solve problems.
• Strong team player with the ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders while delivering accurate and timely results.
• Hands-on experience with relevant SAP transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German, French, or Polish are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate master data, including pricing and customer information, in internal systems (e.g., SAP/SPS).
• Process and manage customer orders, delivery dates, and outbound schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding product availability, pricing, delivery schedules.
• Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring smooth order handling, shipment, and invoicing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction and ongoing support.
• Track and analyze order trends, forecast accuracy, and customer demand to support planning and decision-making.
• Issue invoice and proforma invoice. Review AR/ follow up overdue invoice and process logistic-related invoice.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and remote colleagues to ensure aligned and efficient operations.
