Job summary

Huawei Amsterdam Research Center is seeking an Operation Specialist to support daily procurement operations and project coordination. You will act as an operational interface between R&D teams and internal functions, ensuring processes are followed and tasks are completed accurately.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in operations or procurement operations.
• Experience in a multinational company or international environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of procurement/PR-PO processes is a plus.
• Excellent English and Chinese, written and spoken, and strong coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement operations, PR/PO processing and follow-up.
• Coordinate with requesters, suppliers and internal stakeholders on PO delivery and invoice status.
• Maintain procurement-related documentation, data and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and approval requirements.
• Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to R&D teams and management.
• Assist with travel arrangements and meeting coordination, when required.
