Job summary

Huawei is seeking a Sales Operation and Management Assistant for a 12-month renewable lease-force contract based in Rijswijk, Netherlands. The role focuses on building and improving sales processes, contract governance, and operational support for frontline sales teams to drive revenue targets.

• Develop end-to-end capabilities for customer relationship, customer satisfaction, sales project operation, transaction and operation, contract fulfillment, and related digital tools and platforms.
• Support the review and decision-making of sales projects and contracts, perform process supervision and contract maintenance.
• Plan and support key customer contact activities of the account dept; drive closure of non-technical issues, high-level VOCs, and complaints; support frontline operations.

Job Location: Rijswijk, The Netherlands

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop policies and mechanisms for account and partner management, sales order management, end-to-end sales project management, and authorization and execution management to ensure the effective implementation of sales strategies.
• Develop E2E capabilities for customer relationship, customer satisfaction, sales project operation, transaction and operation, contract contract fulfillment, as well as related digital tools and platforms, and improve offices' operational capabilities.
• Support the review and decision-making of sales projects and contracts, perform process supervision and supervision, and maintain of contracts.
• Plan and support key customer contact activities of the account dept; drive the closure of non-technical issues, high-level VOCs, and complaints; and support frontline operations.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Chinese and English required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in sales operations, business operations, commercial management, or project management.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, opportunity pipelines, forecasting, contract execution, and risk control.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in sales data and business performance analysis.
• Ability to coordinate across sales, finance, legal, contract management, and other internal teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, and digital sales platforms.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Additional Information

This role is a sales operations and management position within the sales organization. It does not involve direct customer acquisition or contract signing. Instead, the role focuses on sales process management, opportunity pipeline management, business forecasting, sales data analysis, sales process execution, business performance analysis, and risk control, providing operational support to frontline sales teams in achieving revenue targets.
