Job summary

Huawei Europe is seeking a Project Procurement Manager in Rijswijk, Netherlands, for an on-site, full-time role. You will manage procurement cost and resources for a project, identify risks, and develop procurement strategies in line with company policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years' procurement, subcontracting or contract management experience in project-based environments.
• Experience negotiating with installation subcontractors, civil contractors or infrastructure suppliers.
• Strong cost analysis skills and advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or Chinese a strong plus.
• Independent, driven and target-oriented in a fast-changing environment.

• Supplier daily management, such as organizing the supplier performance evaluation, communicate with supplier their performance, make the improvement plan of the area of the poor performance, solve the complaint of the projects.

Job Location: Rijswijk, Netherlands (Fully on-site, full time)

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.

• 3+ years' experience in procurement, subcontracting or contract management, ideally in project-based environments.

• Experience negotiating with installation subcontractors, civil contractors or infrastructure suppliers.

• Strong cost analysis skills and an advanced level in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Fluent in English. [Dutch or Chinese is a strong plus]

• Independence, drive and a target-oriented mindset; you're comfortable in a fast-changing environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in telecom, energy, BESS/solar, civil works or logistics.

• Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001.

• Experience with framework agreements across multiple countries.
