Jobgether invites applications for an Onboarding Operations Specialist based in the Netherlands. You will manage end-to-end onboarding, ensure compliant employment documentation, and collaborate with Mobility, Benefits, Payroll, and Lifecycle teams to deliver a seamless, scalable experience for international employees.

Remote-first role with global reach, you will identify automation opportunities, improve workflows, and maintain secure employee data.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in an operations-focused role with people operations and legal contracting.
• Experience working with employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments (startup/scale-up).
• Strong attention to detail and handling sensitive information across priorities.
• Excellent written and spoken English for diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams.
• Comfort with asynchronous collaboration in international teams.
• Strong tech adaptability and willingness to learn new systems/workflows.
• Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Zendesk, Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding journeys, ensuring compliant documentation and verification.
• Own onboarding activities from initiation to completion and resolve issues proactively.
• Coordinate with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll for a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate employee data with strong confidentiality.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding workflows and automate processes.
• Support compliance initiatives, audits, and data integrity projects.
• Explore automation/AI solutions to scale onboarding.
• Organize knowledge bases and resources for easy access.
• Balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving, international environment.
