Job summary

INDG/Grip is seeking a People Operations specialist to manage core HR processes across the employee lifecycle and support payroll for multiple countries in a fast-paced, international setting.

You will maintain HR data accuracy, ensure compliance with Dutch employment law, and help improve people processes while collaborating with peers across locations. This role emphasizes ownership, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years in People Operations or similar HR role.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll processes.
• Solid understanding of Dutch employment law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute core HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate and support monthly payroll across multiple countries.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure compliance.
• Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers.
• Contribute to HR processes improvements and projects.
