Qualifications

• Experience supporting both Windows and Linux desktop environments is crucial.
• Strong familiarity with Ubuntu, particularly with managed device rollouts.
• Good understanding of networking concepts like DHCP and DNS is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the installation and configuration of desktop computing solutions.
• Lead the rollout of Ubuntu-managed devices with full management.
• Provide escalation level support and facilitate technology setups.

Skills

Experience supporting Windows and Linux desktop environments

Strong experience with Ubuntu

Familiarity with Ubuntu Landscape

Knowledge of deployment platforms

Knowledge of scripting languages

Experience with automation tools

Experience with CI/CD tools

Proficiency with Git
