Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an Associate Intercompany Export Specialist to support stock transfer orders across multiple regions from Heerlen, NL. You will ensure smooth order processing, timely shipments, and strong stakeholder communication in a fast-paced global team.

This full-time role requires 2+ years in export-related customer care or logistics, excellent English skills, and proficiency with MS-Office and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in export-related customer care/service, order management or logistics.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Strong customer focus and can-do mindset.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Proficient in MS-Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first contact for inquiries from distribution centers across regions.
• Create and monitor stock transfer orders and deliveries in SAP.
• Manage open orders, aging orders, and lead times; provide status updates.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
