Job summary
Basic-Fit International B.V. is seeking an HRIS Product Manager to bridge business needs and IT delivery across Core HCM, Recruitment, Time Tracking, Absence, Performance, and Compensation.
You will own the HRIS roadmap, translate business requirements into technical specs, and lead agile delivery with global stakeholders and vendors including Workday. You will collaborate with HR Process Owners and IT teams across multiple countries, ensuring scalable, secure HR technology aligned with
Qualifications
- Strong, hands-on experience in managing and configuring HRIS platforms.
- Workday experience is ideal, but Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors are also relevant.
- Experience in an international environment managing cross-border HR technology setups.
- Background in product management, roadmapping, and requirements capture in HRIS.
Responsibilities
- Capture & Translate business requirements into HRIS specifications.
- Own and manage the HRIS product roadmap and IT development alignment.
- Guide IT and development teams through Agile ceremonies and sprints.
- Act as IT point of contact for HR stakeholders and vendors including AMS and Workday.
- Oversee HRIS architecture and maintain technical documentation and configurations.
- Lead testing and releases, monitor deployments and performance.
