Job summary

Consultday is seeking an HR IT Business Consultant to help organizations optimize HR processes through technology, both in the Netherlands and abroad. You will drive HR IT transformations, design roadmaps, and work closely with client HR and IT teams to implement new solutions and improved operating models.

You will leverage your experience in HR transformation projects, communicate with stakeholders at all levels, and contribute to a range of activities from process optimization to service

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Applied Science or MSc from a university.
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably as a consultant within HR IT.
• Strong interest in improving HR processes through digitalization and technological solutions.
• Experience implementing HR IT solutions and advising on HR technology.
• Familiar with selecting (software) vendors and tendering processes.
• Experience with the insourcing and outsourcing of HR and payroll processes.
• Knowledge of process optimization techniques, such as Lean.
• Knowledge of HR Operating Models and, preferably, experience with establishing Service Catalogs and Service Level Agreements.
• Strong communication and analytical skills and can present effectively.
• Fluent in both Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze organizations to map HR IT landscape, processes, and structure.
• Create improvement recommendations and a concrete Roadmap for future HR IT setups.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement processes and systems.
• Assist in selecting and implementing software solutions and digitalizing HR processes.
• Advise on HR technology and vendor tendering; support insourcing/outsourcing HR and payroll.
