Job summary

Dayco, a global leader in engine drive systems, is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to optimize our HR technology landscape. You will administer Rippling, build reports and dashboards with Power BI, and drive data governance and automation across HR processes.

This role partners with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to enable accurate analytics and scalable processes. You will gather requirements, implement improvements, ensure GDPR compliance, and support global HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience working with HR systems or HRIS platforms.
• Experience with HR analytics and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Rippling preferred).
• Strong ability to analyze HR data, build reports and generate insights.
• Understanding of automation tools and workflow design to streamline HR processes.
• Foundational understanding of system security and permissions in HRIS.
• Understanding of GDPR and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Support system administration and maintenance of HRIS (Rippling).
• Support HR data management, integrity, audits, and global governance.
• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics using Rippling and Power BI.
• Identify and implement workflow automation across HR processes in Rippling.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to enhance configurations and integrations.
• Gather requirements and propose automation solutions for HR processes.
• Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement of the HRIS.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and global data privacy standards.
• Support global HR initiatives and process harmonization.
• Recommend and implement AI solutions to support HR processes.
