The HR Systems Analyst supports Dayco’s global HR technology ecosystem, combining HRIS administration with analytics and automation capabilities. The role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing HR systems (Rippling), enabling data integrity, supporting reporting and analytics, and driving process automation initiatives. This position operates in a global environment and partners closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Support the administrationand maintenance ofHRIS (Rippling), ensuring system accuracy and performance.
• Support HR data management, integrity, audits, and governance processes.
• Develop andmaintainHR reports, dashboards, and analyticsutilizingRipplingand tools such as Power BI.
• Identifyand implement workflow automation opportunities across HR processes.
• Partner with HR and IT toenhance system configurations and integrations.
• Support system troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and global data privacy standards.

Requirements& Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field, with a strong understanding of core HR processes.
• 3 – 5 years of experience working with HR systems or HRIS platforms, including exposure to HR analyticsand analytics tools (E.g.:PowerBI).
• Hands‑on experience with HRIS platforms (Rippling preferred). Ability to support the configur ation , maint enance , and optimiz ation of system functionality.
• Strong capability to analyze HR data, build reports, and generate insights to support business and HR.
• Understanding of automation tools and workflow design to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
• Foundational understanding of system security and permissioning (preferably HRIS).
• Understanding of GDPR and data privacy.
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills. Able to identify issues, troubleshoot effectively, and implement solutions.
