Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a Senior HR Reporting & Analytics Analyst (Workday) to transform how HR data is accessed, analyzed, and consumed across our global organization. You will own Workday reporting, dashboards, calculated fields, and governance, delivering actionable workforce insights to HR leaders and partners.

You will expand analytics with Power BI and Databricks, design interactive dashboards, and explore AI-assisted tools like Copilot to accelerate development while ensuring data quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance Workday reporting ecosystem including custom reports, dashboards, and governance.
• Deliver accurate workforce insights to HR leaders and stakeholders.
• Support headcount, turnover, compensation, talent, recruiting, payroll, and workforce planning reporting.
• Translate business questions into scalable reporting solutions.
