Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a Senior HR Reporting & Analytics Analyst (Workday) to own and evolve our Workday reporting ecosystem. You will design, develop, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions for actionable workforce insights across a global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing reporting solutions within Workday.
• Strong experience building custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and reporting frameworks within Workday.
• Workday Report Writer Certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard design and data modeling.
• Experience working with HR, workforce, or people data.
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational data structures.
• Exposure to Databricks or comparable cloud-based analytics platforms.
• Comfortable utilizing AI-assisted tools such as Copilot to improve productivity and reporting quality.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously enhance Workday reporting ecosystem, including reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and governance.
• Deliver accurate workforce insights to HR leaders and stakeholders for decision-making.
• Support recurring and ad-hoc reporting across headcount, turnover, compensation, talent, payroll and planning.
• Expand analytics capabilities with Power BI, Databricks, and other modern analytics tools.
• Design scalable reporting solutions and improve data quality and governance.
