Job summary

STX Group is seeking an HR Ops Specialist to join the People & Culture team. You will own key HR operational processes globally and manage end-to-end onboarding for new STX employees across Europe and APAC. This is a role for an organized, proactive professional who thrives in an international environment and enjoys process improvement.

You will support contracts, salary changes, relocations and compliance while collaborating with HR Advisors, Talent Acquisition and managers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations or similar HR role in a fast-paced international environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience with Dutch employment law; experience in Spain, France, Germany or APAC is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own HR Operations for multiple countries and support employees throughout their employment journey.
• Manage contracts, promotions, salary changes, bonus letters, transfers and other documentation.
• Advise on HR processes, policies and employment-related questions for employees and managers.
• Own and continuously improve the global onboarding programme across locations.
• Ensure compliance and data integrity across jurisdictions and improve HR operations.
