Job summary

CTS International Logistics Netherlands B.V. is growing and seeks an HR Specialist to support HR daily operations, maintain employee records, onboarding, and policy updates.

You will work closely with the HR manager, make calls, schedule interviews, reply to emails, and help keep the office running smoothly. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 1+ years experience, and excellent English and Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in HR, Administration, Business or relevant majors.
• 1+ years of working experience in relevant industry.
• Excellent Chinese and English written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize, maintain and update internal databases with digital personnel records.
• Assist new employee onboarding and resignation process.
• First point of contact with employees on HR/Admin-related issues and vendors.
• Gather staffing needs from the Head of Departments, and create and publish job ads.
• Schedule job interviews, contact, screen, and shortlist candidates as needed.
• Keep up to date on current issues and matters related to the HR department.
• Organize and supervise all travel arrangements for employees.
• Organize HR/Admin projects, activities and etc.
• Managing office supplies stock and placing orders, assist Finance Department to manage fixed assets.
• Connections with CTS HQ and CTS EU branches;
