Job summary

STX Group is seeking an HR Ops Specialist to join the People & Culture team. You will own key HR operational processes globally and manage end-to-end onboarding for new STX employees across Europe and APAC. This is a role for an organized, proactive professional who thrives in an international environment and enjoys process improvement.

You will support contracts, salary changes, relocations and compliance while collaborating with HR Advisors, Talent Acquisition and managers worldwide.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations or similar HR role in a fast-paced international environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Experience with Dutch employment law; experience in Spain, France, Germany or APAC is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own HR Operations for multiple countries and support employees throughout their employment journey.
• Manage contracts, promotions, salary changes, bonus letters, transfers and other documentation.
• Advise on HR processes, policies and employment-related questions for employees and managers.

At STX, our people are at the heart of everything we do. As our business continues to grow globally, we are looking for an HR Ops Specialist to join our People & Culture team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional employee experience across the organization.

You will be part of our HR Services team, working closely with HR Advisors, Talent Acquisition, managers, employees, and external partners. This role combines operational excellence, compliance expertise, process improvement, and employee support to ensure our HR operations run smoothly and efficiently across all regions.

As the HR Ops Specialist, you will own key HR operational processes globally, supporting our teams across our European hubs and APAC locations. You will also be responsible for the end-to-end onboarding experience for all new STX employees worldwide, ensuring every new joiner receives a seamless and engaging introduction to our business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own HR Operations for a number of countries, supporting employees throughout their entire employment journey.

Manage employment-related changes such as contracts, promotions, salary changes, bonus letters, transfers and other employee documentation.

• Become a trusted HR Operations partner for employees and managers, advising on HR processes, policies and employment-related questions.
• Own and continuously improve the global onboarding programme, including coordinating onboarding weeks and creating a consistent onboarding experience across locations.
• Expand expertise in employment law and HR operations across multiple countries, helping ensure compliance and improving how STX handles complex topics such as relocations, visas and international employment situations.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate HR processes, driving operational improvements that enhance both employee experience and team efficiency.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Experience supporting employees across multiple countries and working within international organizations through around 2 – 4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, HR Services, or a similar HR role within a fast-paced and international environment, combined with a related Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience with Dutch employment law and its practical application, a dditional employment law experience in one or more of the following regions is highly preferred: Spain, France, Germany, APAC jurisdictions
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
• Strong analytical skills, a dvanced Excel skills and confidence working with HR systems and employee data.
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, hands‑on, and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where processes continue to evolve and improve.
• Experience supporting entity setup, international expansion, or global scaling initiatives is considered a plus.
