Job summary

STX is seeking an HR Operations professional to own multi-country HR activities, supporting employees across their employment journey. You will manage contracts, promotions, salary changes, transfers and onboarding, ensuring a consistent experience and data integrity.

You will partner with managers, advise on HR policies, expand onboarding programs, and drive automation and compliance across jurisdictions as STX grows internationally.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations or a related HR role within a fast-paced, international environment.
• Experience with Dutch employment law; additional regional knowledge (Spain, France, Germany, APAC) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency with HR data.
• Attention to detail, organization and project management with stakeholder focus.
• Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

• Own HR Operations for a number of countries, supporting employees throughout their entire employment journey.
• Manage employment-related changes such as contracts, promotions, salary changes, bonus letters, transfers and other employee documentation.
• Become a trusted HR Operations partner for employees and managers, advising on HR processes, policies and employment-related questions.
• Own and continuously improve the global onboarding programme, including coordinating onboarding weeks and creating a consistent onboarding experience across locations.
• Expand expertise in employment law and HR operations across multiple countries, helping ensure compliance and improving how STX handles complex topics such as relocations, visas and international employment situations.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate HR processes, driving operational improvements that enhance both employee experience and team efficiency.
• Successfully own and optimize the global onboarding experience for all new STX employees.
• Become a trusted HR Operations partner to employees and managers across Europe and APAC.
• Improve operational efficiency through automation and process improvements.
• Ensure HR compliance and data integrity across multiple jurisdictions.
• Contribute to building a scalable HR Operations framework that supports STX's continued international growth.

Requirements

• Experience supporting employees across multiple countries and working within international organizations through around 2 - 4 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, HR Services, or a similar HR role within a fast-paced and international environment, combined with a related Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience with Dutch employment law and its practical application, a dditional employment law experience in one or more of the following regions is highly preferred: Spain, France, Germany, APAC jurisdictions
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
• Strong analytical skills, a dvanced Excel skills and confidence working with HR systems and employee data.
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where processes continue to evolve and improve.
• Experience supporting entity setup, international expansion, or global scaling initiatives is considered a plus.
