Vanderlande Industries B.V. is seeking a Global HR Compliance Specialist to own the global HR compliance framework, govern HR policies, and safeguard employee data across regions.

You will work across HR, Legal, Privacy, and IT to translate complex regulations into practical standards embedded in daily operations. The role requires 5+ years in HR compliance within international settings, GDPR knowledge, and proven experience building compliance programs from scratch.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR compliance, employment law, governance, or HR operations in an international organisation.
• Proven track record building a compliance or control framework from scratch.
• Working knowledge of GDPR and data protection; ability to work with local counsel.

Aufgaben

• Set up and maintain the global HR compliance framework and drive continuous improvement.
• Run compliance checks and controls on global HR processes and data.
• Monitor regulatory changes and translate into requirements for owners.
• Advise HR on complex compliance questions and data privacy.
• Coordinate audits and support remediation from findings.
• Contribute to global HR transformations from a compliance perspective.
