Job summary

Randstad Enterprise is seeking a Digital Compliance Officer to join our global Digital Compliance team. You will bridge privacy, responsible AI, digital product compliance, and operational execution of the compliance framework across our global footprint.

Location: Netherlands (Primary) / Brussels, Belgium (Secondary). Remote-first, full-time role with in-person options at the Diemen hub.

Qualifications

3–5 years of privacy compliance and/or responsible AI experience in a fast-paced, international setting.
Proven track record with privacy impact assessments and delivery of compliance solutions from concept to delivery.
Foundational knowledge of EU privacy with willingness to upskill in AI compliance.
Pragmatic problem solving with ability to operate beyond standard practices.
Collaborative mindset and strong communication across global teams.

Responsibilities

Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), AI and Data Ethics Assessments (AIDEA), and product feature reviews at project inception.
Support rollout of privacy and AI controls across global projects by coordinating with local privacy leads and responsible AI officers.
Advise business units on data protection and AI compliance in line with the Digital Compliance program and standards.
Develop and deliver privacy and responsible AI awareness and training materials for diverse stakeholders.
Translate regulatory concepts into clear, actionable day-to-day operational guidelines.
Support the digital compliance programme's GRC and continuous assurance activities.
