Pharmanovia is seeking a Director of Compliance in Breda to lead global compliance, privacy, and governance. This senior role will shape the strategy, advise executives, and ensure adherence across jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will oversee DPIAs, TIAs, data subject rights, and regulatory inspections, while collaborating with Legal, IT, HR and external authorities to maintain top standards in an evolving regulatory landscape.

Qualifications

• Senior-level compliance leadership experience.
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and data privacy requirements.
• Proven ability to design and implement governance frameworks.
• Experience with regulatory inspections and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of Pharmanovia's global Compliance Programme and policies.
• Provide strategic compliance guidance to senior management and business leaders.
• Develop and maintain privacy program aligned with GDPR/UK GDPR and evolving AI rules.
• Oversee DPIAs, TIAs, data subject rights, and privacy incident response.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT, HR and external regulators to ensure compliant operations.
