Deerns seeks a Global Business Development Director to accelerate international growth in semiconductors and advanced technology. You’ll shape commercial strategy, identify opportunities, and unite clients, tech partners and internal experts to forge new business and long-term partnerships.

You’ll connect senior decision makers, drive market leadership, and strengthen the international Electronics team across countries with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in engineering, technology or related discipline.
• Strong experience in senior commercial, business development or market leadership roles.
• Background in semiconductors, electronics or high-tech environments.
• Proven track record in developing senior client relationships in complex B2B.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute international growth strategy for the sector.
• Build relationships with senior decision makers at strategic clients.
• Identify opportunities before projects are defined.
