Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Entrepreneur-in-Residence based in the Netherlands. You will explore new markets, identify business opportunities, and drive strategic initiatives across financial services, banking, insurance, and telecoms.

Working with product and marketing, you will shape product direction, develop go-to-market strategies, and own high-impact projects from concept to execution in a fast-moving, international environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in entrepreneurship, business development, strategy, or consulting.
• Aptitude for business building and turning ideas into actionable initiatives.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies and engaging customers.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with senior stakeholders.
• Independent, proactive, and accountable with initiative.
• Fluent English; native-level in at least one European language (German/Spanish/Portuguese preferred).
• Availability to work from a European location in remote capacity.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across sectors with international expansion in mind.
• Lead strategic initiatives that support sustainable growth.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including customer outreach, pricing, and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with product and marketing to translate market insights into roadmaps.
• Lead high-impact, founder-level projects from concept to validation, execution and growth.
• Operate as a versatile generalist to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Build relationships with influential stakeholders and senior decision-makers to identify opportunities.
