Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Country Manager to lead market expansion across Europe from the Netherlands. You will drive regional growth, oversee local operations, and build partnerships with KOLs and financial institutions to deliver measurable commercial results.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in fintech/tech leadership, deep knowledge of European crypto/regulatory landscapes, and a proven ability to scale business in a fast-paced, international environment. Remote-ready and Europe-based.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Finance; MBA or equivalent is a strong advantage.
• 10+ years of leadership in marketing, business development, general management in tech/fintech/financial services.
• Country Manager or senior executive experience in crypto/ blockchain/ digital assets is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of European crypto market, fintech ecosystem, consumer behavior, and regional dynamics.
• Knowledge of MiCA/MiCAR, MiFID, EMI requirements; collaborate with Legal & Compliance teams.
• Proven track record in growth strategies, marketing initiatives, user acquisition, and commercial results.
• Experience building partnerships with KOLs, financial institutions, and crypto/fintech ecosystem players.
• Established network across DACH and broader European crypto/fintech markets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with ability to interpret data and inform decisions.
• Results-driven, adaptable, and able to operate in fast-moving, international environments.
• Fluency in English and at least one other European language (German/French/Spanish/Italian).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a European market expansion strategy.
• Lead regional ops: marketing, events, community initiatives, partnerships.
• Increase brand awareness and user engagement with targeted marketing, events, and communities.
• Build relationships with KOLs, financial institutions, fintech orgs, and ecosystem partners.
• Identify new business opportunities by tracking market trends and competitors.
• Oversee regulatory considerations with Legal & Compliance for MiCA, MiFID, EMI.
• Collaborate with global Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Compliance teams.
• Set and monitor regional KPIs; drive growth and efficiency.
• Mentor regional teams and foster a high-performance culture.
• Represent the org at industry events and strategic discussions across Europe.
