Job summary

Suitsupply is seeking a Manager Finance Operations in Amsterdam to lead global accounting and financial operations, driving end-to-end processes from order-to-cash to month-end close across 100+ stores. You will own D365 Finance & Operations and Medius, optimise post-migration configurations, and build AI-enabled workflows for a scalable finance function.

You will build a high-performing team, advise senior leadership, and champion data quality, process improvement, and automation to sustain

Qualifications

• 8+ years in international accounting and finance operations with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations; Medius or similar AP automation.
• Proven ability to deliver process improvement and automation with measurable gains.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and finance operations across global close and reporting.
• Own AP and AR end-to-end, including vendor invoices and customer billing.
• Manage cash flow operations and reconcile accounts with store teams.
• Act as owner for D365 Finance & Operations and Medius platforms.
• Own the Medius AP automation roadmap from capture to payment workflows.
• Drive process automation to reduce cycle time and improve data quality.
• Develop and execute AI adoption for anomaly detection and automated reconciliation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance ops team.
• Advise senior leadership on performance, health, and financial impact.
