Job summary

SuitSupply is seeking a Manager of Finance Operations to lead the global accounting and financial operations from our Amsterdam headquarters. You will own end-to-end processes including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, month-end close, and post-migration optimisations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Medius AP automation.

You will guide a high-performing team, drive automation and AI-enabled workflows, and partner with senior leadership to deliver measurable efficiency gains across 100+ stores

Qualifications

• 8+ years in international accounting and finance operations with 3+ years in leadership.
• Hands-on with Dynamics 365 F&O; Medius AP automation experience valued.
• Proven track record in process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Fluent in English; Dutch a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead global accounting and finance operations, ensuring timely, accurate reporting and month-end closes.
• Own AP and AR end-to-end, vendor invoices, payments, billing, and aging reporting.
• Manage cash flow operations and reconcile clearing accounts across 100+ locations.
• Drive post-migration optimisation for D365 and Medius, align with business needs.
• Own the Medius AP automation roadmap and push straight-through processing.
• Conduct process audits and implement workflow automation to reduce cycle time.
• Develop AI adoption roadmap for anomaly detection and automated reconciliation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance operations team.
• Act as financial advisor to senior leadership on performance and impact.
