Suitsupply's Amsterdam headquarters seeks a Senior Financial Controller to lead IFRS reporting, month-end and year-end closes for the international group, and oversee statutory filings and tax compliance across entities.

You will coordinate external audits, partner with finance operations and business teams, drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, and act as a sparring partner for management and the wider finance function.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in a similar position or as an auditor.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and external reporting under Dutch GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with multi-entity accounting and consolidations.
• Bachelor's or master's degree; RA or equivalent preferred.
• Analytical, hands-on, result-driven, quality-focused, team-player; adaptable to international environment.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Review monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes under IFRS for complex entities.
• Perform analytical reviews of P&L and balance sheet accounts, investigating variances.
• Reconcile inventory position and goods movements, determine financial impact of estimates.
• Prepare statutory financial statements and support IFRS/local GAAP reporting at Group/local level.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, tax specialists, and advisors.
• Ensure tax compliance (CIT, VAT) and support related filings.
• Drive process improvements, master data optimization, automation, and internal controls.
• Advise on professionalization of Financial Control function.
• Act as sparring partner for management and finance teams.
• Lead CSR reporting initiatives and coordinate related audit.
