Job summary

Redcare Pharmacy in the Netherlands seeks a Finance & ERP Transformation expert to lead the D365 Finance function and drive continuous optimization across Finance, IT, and external partners. You will translate complex Finance requirements into scalable D365 solutions and champion automation, AI, and the Power Platform to modernize our global Finance landscape.

You will guide fit-gap analyses, manage requirements and backlogs, and oversee ERP rollouts, data migration, testing, and go-live

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification.
• 5–10 years of experience in Finance systems, Finance transformation, or Finance process improvement, including several years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / Finance & Operations.
• Strong understanding of core Finance processes, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Treasury.
• Experience with ERP implementations, rollouts, or transformation projects, including requirements management, testing, and UAT.
• Ability to translate Finance requirements into functional system solutions and drive their implementation.
• Strong hands-on mentality, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, and a high degree of ownership.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across Finance, IT, key users, and external partners in an international environment; fluent English and ideally fluent German.
• Nice to have: Experience with project management methodologies, Power Platform / Power Automate, Copilot, AI or Finance automation, Finance data/integrations and Power BI, as well as experience in an international Finance environment

Responsibilities

• Act as functional expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
• Translate Finance requirements into functional system solutions
• Drive the continuous development and optimization of D365 Finance
• Conduct Fit-to-Standard and Fit-Gap analyses
• Manage Finance requirements and backlog items
• Support ERP implementations, rollouts, and system enhancements
• Coordinate Finance, IT, Key Users, and external implementation partners
• Support testing, UAT, data migration, go-live, and stabilization
• Support D365 release and change management
• Identify automation and digitalization opportunities across Finance
• Develop and implement solutions together with Finance and IT
• Promote the use of Power Automate, Copilot, and other Microsoft technologies
• Identify and evaluate relevant AI use cases for Finance
• Support AI pilots and Proofs of Concept
• Contribute to the continuous development of the Finance systems and data landscape
