Job summary

Redcare Pharmacy in Sevenum, NL, is seeking a Senior Finance Transformation Specialist to drive D365 Finance and automation across our global Finance landscape. This hands-on role blends finance expertise with technology to optimize processes, implement AI pilots, and support ERP rollouts.

You will collaborate with Finance, IT and external partners, translate requirements into scalable solutions, conduct fit-gap analyses, and help shape how our finance organization operates today and tomorrow.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Finance systems, transformation, or process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance / Finance & Operations.
• Strong understanding of core Finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, Treasury).
• Fluent English; German language skills preferred.
• Experience with ERP implementations and UAT and data migrations.

Responsibilities

• Act as functional expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance.
• Translate Finance requirements into functional system solutions.
• Drive development and optimization of D365 Finance.
• Coordinate with Finance, IT, key users, and external partners.
• Support testing, UAT, data migration, go-live and stabilization.
• Support D365 release and change management.
• Identify automation and digitalization opportunities in Finance.
• Develop and implement Power Platform and AI solutions.
