Job summary

Kraft Heinz welcomes a Global Finance CAPEX Intern to join our Amsterdam-based team. You will support forecast, budgeting, and reporting processes, preparing analyses for decision making and aiding the Capex management tool.

This internship is designed to deliver practical experience in a multinational finance environment. You will collaborate with analysts and senior leaders, gain exposure to monthly performance reviews, and contribute to ad-hoc analyses while developing strong Excel,

Qualifications

• Enrolled at a European university for the entire duration of the internship.
• End of Bachelor’s or pursuing a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain or related fields.
• EU working rights required (EU Citizenship or studying in the Netherlands).
• English language proficiency (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine tasks including maintaining Forecast file for monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Prepare and submit monthly requests and align monthly closing with source of truth.
• Provide ongoing financial support and analysis to Capex leads and executives in the Global entity.
• Model and build scenarios for decision making; assist in Capex analysis and regular reporting decks.
• Identify improvements to key business processes and drive changes to free up resources.
• Act as the Capex management tool point of contact to support IT enhancements.

As CAPEX Finance Analyst intern, you will be generating and analyzing reports, assist in the preparation of financial reports, and conduct financial analyses.

Summary

As aGlobal Finance Analyst CapexInternyou willassistin managing financeprocessesthe Global entity overseeing all Zones, providing information and guidance on various financial rituals and routines, monthly performance reviews, financial reviews, and forecasting. You will also support ad-hoc requests and analysis, ensure data availability and accessibility, and own HFM inputs for World Headquarters. Additionally,you will be the point of contact for the Capex management tool.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine tasks includingmaintainingof Forecast file for the monthly, quarterly, and annual business cycles for the reporting and analysis of the business; Compiling and preparing presentation slides for monthly performance and forecast reviews; Preparing andsubmittingmonthly requests fromGlobal entity.Align the monthlyclosing comparingwith source of truth.

• Budgeting and Forecasting ofCapex - Work with Analysts across the business and throughout the budget/forecast process

• Provide ongoing financial support and analysis toHead of SCF and Capex leadas well as executives inGlobal entity- Provide key financial analysis for decision making; Modelling and scenario building; ProvideCapex analysisand other regular reporting decks; Provide support on ad hoc analyses

• Identifyareas of improvement of key business processes and drive changes to processes asrequired - Make recommendations and drive through for results that improve the business processes and free up resources

• Position yourself as the Capex management tool point of contact to help IT team drive the right enhancements

• Uphold the Kraft Heinz values and to work in a way that contributes to the company’s vision

About you

• excel (bothanalyzingdata with pivots/lookups, and creating excel templates for users to complete)

• Power Point skills.

• Preferred (not mandatory): Tableau,Power BI.

• Able to read, write and communicate in English language

• Effective communication within the team and among various stakeholders

Qualifications
Job requirements:

• You are enrolled at a European university for the entire duration of the internship.
• You are at the end of your Bachel0’s, or in your Master’s degree:
• Finance/ Accounting/ Economics/ Engineering / Supply Chain / Computer Science / Econometrics / Mathematics.
• You have good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
• NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have an EU Citizenship, or you are studying in the Netherlands).
• Kraft Heinz does NOT provide a working Visa.

What we offer you

Program start date: October 2026.

Duration : 6 months.

Allowance : 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses.

Location : Amsterdam.

This is a hybrid position, you will need to be based in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship.
