Job summary

Kraft Heinz Netherlands offers a Demand Planning internship for a Master student to own a small portfolio, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply and Distributors, and contribute to consensus volume commitments. Qualifications

• You are in the final year of your Bachelor or in your Master’s degree (preferably in Engineering / Supply Chain / Computer Science / Econometrics / Mathematics).
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• EU working rights are required (EU Citizenship or studying in the Netherlands).

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day requests from distributors, in collaboration with customer service and supply planners.
• Generate and improve middle/long term forecast.
• Manage a project to help small distributors better follow their stock level and replenishment.
• Optimization of processes.
• Update KPIs for the whole demand planning team.

The position

Every internship at Kraft Heinz Netherlands offers unique learning opportunities to develop new knowledge and skills, gain real business experience, get exposure to senior leadership and attend personalized trainings. As an intern in the demand planning and customer collaboration team for Eastern Europe markets, you will own a small part of the portfolio to familiarize yourself with operations and processes, understand planning with different stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Supply and Distributors) and collaborative efforts for consensus volume commitment. You will be part of day-to-day activities and report that feed planning and drive decision-making. You will also support the Demand Planning team in continuous improvement projects to enhance our capabilities and impact on our business.

Professional Attributes

• Computer proficiency: We spend lots of time on Excel. You need either good Excel knowledge or a willingness to learn. PowerQuery and AI prompting skills are a plus.
• Analytical:We're a very data driven company. You know how to translate complex data into a simple solution with your analytical mindset.
• Eagerness to learnabout Supply Chain & Logistics in an international, fast-moving environment.
• Communication Skills: At Kraft Heinz you will easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it's important you have excellent communication skills, to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders.

What we offer you

Program start date: October 2026.

Duration: 6 months.

Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses.

Location: Amsterdam.

This is a hybrid position (3 days at the office), you will need to be based in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship.
