As an intern you will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges. As Sustainability Manufacturing is a multidisciplinary function you also have opportunities to engage in interactions with other global leaders to mention some: Operational Excellence, Engineering, Maintenance, Logistics, Food Safety and Quality.
You are enrolled at a European university for the entire duration of the internship (the internship needs to be a part of the university curriculum). You are at the end of your bachelor, or in your master’s degree of EHS, Engineering, Sustainability or a similar background. Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills are required. You are willing to learn business tools (such as Intelex, Canva, Tableau/ PowerBI, etc.) and how those tools integrate into other functional work processes. You have excellent social skills, to interact with different partners, as you’ll frequently be exposed to senior management. You are able to develop relationships with various team members from different functions, background and cultures. You are proactive, curious, and enthusiastic. You're not easily thrown off your game, not even when you get resistance. Ability to lead multiple requests and priorities simultaneously. Influencing skills and international business/cultural sensitivity You have good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken. Any other language is an advantage.
Professional Attributes:
Program start date: February 2026. Duration: 6 months. Allowance: 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses. Location: Amsterdam. This is a hybrid position; you will need to be based in the Netherlands for the entire duration of the internship.
