Job summary

Kraft Heinz Netherlands is offering a 6-month internship in its Procurement team in Amsterdam. You will work on market analysis by portfolio, assist Buyers with negotiations, and support day-to-day tasks such as contract management and PO approvals.

The program starts June/July and includes an allowance of 625 euro per month and travel reimbursement. You must be enrolled at a European university for at least 50% of the duration, approaching graduation in bachelor or master studies, preferably in

We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Bachelor/Master student who is interested in making a difference in Procurement at Kraft Heinz. You will work on your own projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges. Within Kraft Heinz Procurement you will have the opportunity to explore the day-to-day procurement functions and participate in a variety of projects in one of the largest food companies in the world. Most importantly, you will get to showcase your initiatives and receive exposure from Management team.

Key activities
  • Market analysis by portfolio and assist on Buyers financials reporting
  • Contact suppliers and support on Buyers’ negotiation
  • Assist Category Leads and Buyers in day-to-day tasks at hand e.g. Contract management, invoice resolution, supplier queries, Purchase Order approvals
  • Exposure to Stakeholder management (internal and external), R&D and Food Safety Quality Update and maintain the purchasing database
Job Requirements

You are enrolled at a European university during at least 50% of the duration of the internship. You are at the end of your bachelor, or in your master’s degree. Preferably Economics, Business Administration or Engineering. You have good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken. NOTE: EU working rights are required.
