Job summary

EA Exhibitions in Amsterdam is seeking an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to be the primary contact for exhibitors, ensuring a smooth journey from registration to event completion.

You will work alongside an experienced Project Manager, respond to exhibitor inquiries, advise on stand design, furniture, utilities, and other services, and help deliver exceptional customer experiences at international exhibitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Events, Hospitality, Tourism, Facility Management, Business, or related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for exhibitors, ensuring exceptional service throughout their journey.
• Respond to exhibitor questions and provide advice on stand design, furniture, graphics, utilities, and other services.
• Build strong relationships with exhibitors and organisers with proactive, responsive service.
• Use event management software to coordinate timelines, orders, and communications.
• Coordinate exhibitor requirements before, during, and after events.
• Assist with administrative tasks including orders, logistics, and exhibitor documentation.
• Identify solutions and resolve issues quickly to create a positive exhibition experience.
