Job summary

nhow Amsterdam RAI is seeking a Meeting & Events Intern to join the team in Amsterdam, starting February 2027. You will assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and social events within the Meetings & Events department, while gaining hands-on experience in event planning and client coordination.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's in hotel, hospitality, or event management, available for at least 6 months, and possess strong English language skills.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's in hotel, hospitality or event management
• Available for at least 6 months
• Enthusiastic about organizing meetings and events
• Able to work on computer and independently
• Good command of English

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing business meetings, conferences and events
• Coordinate with clients and show arounds, after contract confirmed
• Handle communications and post-event follow-up
