You will help create a welcoming, productive environment and collaborate with CRE partners to ensure a smooth, safe, and engaging office experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, workplace services, events or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (written and verbal).
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Confidence in working with different stakeholders and resolving challenges.
• A hospitality mindset and customer-first approach are essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional welcome to employees, visitors and customers.
• Manage the visitor journey, including registration, badging and host notification (Envoy system).
• Ensure the reception area is well-presented, organized and welcoming at all times.
• Bring energy and a positive atmosphere to the workplace.
• Organize and support office-wide events, activations and initiatives.
