Just Eat Takeaway.com in Amsterdam is seeking an Event Coordinator to support the Global Events team across markets. You will coordinate logistics, on-site support, vendor coordination and manage pre- and post-event tasks.

You will draft event copy, support budgeting and PO processing, and help keep timelines and calendars on track while collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver flawless flagship events like JET LIVE. Fluency in Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in events administration or operations.
• Organised and detail-oriented with ability to bring order to complexity.
• Experience communicating with vendors and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide foundational operational and logistical support to the Global Events team.
• Coordinate local logistics (room setups, catering, contingency plans).
• Assist with budgeting, Purchase Orders and supplier/invoice processing; keep team updated.
• Draft engaging event copy and promotional materials; update intranet pages and internal comms.
