Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service mindset with high quality standards.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken; French/German a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; ability to adapt to other systems.

Responsibilities

• Process orders, quotes, and returns with accuracy.
• Provide product information and cross-sell/up-sell where appropriate.
• Follow up with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Support local Customer Service teams and other departments as needed.
