Job summary

Talent Supply B.V. is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Rotterdam to ensure smooth order fulfilment and export processes for international customers.

You will be the main point of contact and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Technical teams to deliver exceptional service. The role requires a customer-focused mindset, strong organisation and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and with teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service is a plus; a customer-focused mindset is essential.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experienced with order-to-cash.
• EU citizen or valid work permit for the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Process and confirm customer orders in the ERP system.
• Prepare export documentation, including invoices and shipping documents.
• Coordinate international shipments with logistics partners and warehouses.
• Support customers by resolving inquiries and ensuring timely communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and service quality.
