Job summary

Opple Lighting Co. in Eindhoven, Netherlands, is seeking a Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact for customers and to own the full customer journey from order entry to delivery.

You will work with Sales and 3PL partners across Europe to ensure smooth order fulfilment and high levels of customer satisfaction. You will address questions, handle returns and complaints, and keep customers informed throughout the process.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in customer service, order management, or similar.
• Comfortable working with ERP systems (SAP is a big plus).
• Strong communication skills (English and German required; more languages are a bonus).
• Organized, detail-focused, and good at juggling priorities.
• Problem-solver mindset, analytical with a bias for action.
• Fluent in English; fluent Dutch is required.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for our customers, and salespeople.
• Process and manage orders in SAP (from entry to invoicing).
• Keep master data, customer, pricing, and product, accurate.
• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse and transport, partners to track and deliver orders on time.
• Keep customers and sales teams in the loop.
• Face challenges and fix all kinds of issues to make our customer happy.
