Job summary

Numidia BV, based in Herten, Netherlands, seeks a Customer Operations Coordinator for Liquids & Feed to join our international team. You will coordinate orders, manage documentation, and act as main contact for customers and partners, ensuring timely delivery and smooth logistics.

Fluent English and another language is preferred in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment with development opportunities.

Qualifications

• BSC/MSC degree required or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience with logistics or supply chain processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders from initiation to delivery with accuracy and timeliness.
• Act as internal contact for logistics, documentation, regulations, and supply chain processes.
• Ensure proper document management, including invoicing and records.
• Handle non-conformities, delivery discrepancies, and claims.
• Maintain communication with external partners and service providers.
• Develop long-term relationships with customers and internal teams to drive excellence.
